How do you ensure discs aren't damaged during shipping?
We take pride in our packaging. Every disc is shipped in a custom-fit, heavy-duty cardboard box or padded mailer with structural inserts to prevent warping and rim damage during transit.
Can I choose the exact weight and color of my disc?
Yes. At Flight Factory Discs, we list individual weights and provide high-resolution photos for most premium plastic discs so you know exactly what is landing in your bag.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
What is your return policy for used discs?
We accept returns on unused, un-inked discs within 30 days of purchase. Once a disc has been thrown or marked with ink, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping for global players?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the package.
What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking information shows 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
