At Flight Factory Discs, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unthrown and original-condition equipment. Please note that used discs or items with custom ink are not eligible for return unless a defect is present.

Ensure your disc or accessory is in its original, unthrown condition with all tags attached and no additional ink or markings.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in a box or padded mailer to prevent structural damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.
Receive Refund
